SHIPPING:
New Zealand Shipping
Shipping is a flat rate depending on Island or Rural within NZ. Orders are sent using a non signature required courier service. Delivery times are approximately 2-5 business days after your order has dispatched. Tracking details will be supplied with shipping confirmation by email.
Australian Shipping
Shipping is a flat rate to Australia. Australian orders are not tracked. Delivery times are approximately 7-10 days after dispatch.
International Shipping
Shipping is a flat rate for prints to the rest of the world. Delivery times are approximately 1-3 weeks after dispatch.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
All prices are stated and charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are GST inclusive. Cart payments can be made two ways:
Paypal – Also use this method if you intend to pay by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You will be able to select an option to pay by credit card once transferred to the Paypal payment screen.
Bank Deposit – For this method, please follow payment instructions that will be visible on screen once you have placed your order. Payment is due before order will be processed. Note: If no payment is received within 7 days the order will be cancelled.
Returns
All of our art is personalized and printed on demand we can not take returns if you change your mind. However, if the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If you find our products do not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us immediately at sales@redpepper.co.nz

All items will be carefully packed for shipping.
Due to the nature of our chosen print media your personalised print will always be an original for this reason colors my vary slightly from both the online picture and the proof that will be sent to you, but we make every effort to keep it as close as possible to our images.
